Over the years I have experimented with dozens of different oils, some with molybdenum dissulphide, PTFE, graphite, slip agents, all sound different, not necessarily better but all have an effect, I had settled on “Singer sewing machine oil” as being the most succesful until I tried the Origin Live platter glide, different is only the first impression, be prepared for better musical timing, more detail, and overall a big increase in musical enjoyment. Probably the most significant single upgrade to my system to date. Don’t believe me ? Doesn’t cost much to prove a point!
