Buy Direct From Outside the UK

Most of our products and services can be purchased online and shipped worldwide, We will inform you if we can’t supply anything before processing your order or credit card.

Carriage Costs

For customers that choose to buy direct from Origin Live, our shop provides accurate carriage costs for any item once you’ve entered your address details.

Will I Pay VAT?

For all our customers in EU countries, the prevailing UK VAT rate applies and no price adjustment is needed.

For countries outside the EU, divide all prices by 1.2 to deduct the 20% VAT rate. This is done automatically in the Origin Live shop once you’ve entered your address details.

Payment

The Origin Live shop is encrypted and provides a safe and secure method of payment when choosing to buy direct. If you prefer, you can send your credit card number, your name as it appears on your credit card and expiry date via: phone, letter or fax. Do not email your credit card details.

We accept:

  • Direct transfer to our bank – we email bank details on request.
  • Paypal – we either send you a pro-forma or you can pay directly into our paypal Account
  • Credit card payments: we welcome Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo, JCB, American express credit card payments.
  • Cash in GBP pounds sterling sent in an insured letter.

Payment is deducted on receipt of order.

Turn-Around Times

Orders are normally dispatched within a week and we will let you know if it’s going to be longer.
